Terms and conditions
- The nominator must be a registered patient at the dental office.
- Nominator gets a 15% discount on 1 specific dental service in May 2021
- A nominator can nominate only 1 person
- The nominator must have spent #20,000 or more in April and May 2021 to be qualified to nominate
- The benefit applies to the Nominee alone.
- The #20,000 gift card is valid for 2 weeks
- The gift card is only valid at our platinum dental surgery Obanikoro office( 1 Fawole lane, Obanikoro.)
- Nominators clinic registration status would be verified and the nominees would be called
The Gift Card also covers only 1 of the dental procedure below
- Dental cleaning,
- 1 Dental filling,
- 1 Simple tooth extraction (wisdom teeth extractions excluded)
